Shipping Policy
Service Area We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Processing Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized supplier. Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the item and supplier lead time. Some products are made-to-order or require additional handling time.
Shipping Costs (“Free Shipping”) Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we offer free shipping to the lower 48. “Free shipping” means shipping costs are included in the item price. Certain delivery services or special circumstances may incur additional fees (see Freight & Accessorial Services below).
Estimated Delivery Timeframes Delivery time varies by product, supplier, and destination. Estimated delivery windows shown on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and supply chain issues can affect transit times.
If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering at support@FutureForwardVisionary.com and we will advise whether delivery by your deadline is likely.
Tracking Information When available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Freight shipments may provide tracking that updates less frequently than standard parcel shipments.
Freight Shipping (Large / Heavy Items) Many items we sell are shipped via LTL freight (on a pallet or crate). Unless otherwise stated:
- Delivery is curbside: the carrier delivers to the curb/driveway area and does not bring items inside your home.
- Appointment required: the freight carrier typically calls to schedule a delivery window.
- Signature required: someone must be present to receive and sign for delivery.
- Liftgate service may be included or required depending on the shipment; if required and not included, we will contact you before shipment or bill separately where applicable.
Inside delivery / room-of-choice / stair carry Inside delivery and stair carry are not included unless specifically stated on the product page or confirmed in writing prior to shipment.
Delivery Requirements (Customer Responsibilities) You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery location can receive the shipment, including:
- A reachable phone number for scheduling
- Adequate driveway/curb access for a delivery truck
- Any necessary gate codes or access instructions
- Verifying that the product will fit through doorways/hallways and into the intended space
- Confirming electrical requirements (where applicable)
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to access issues, missed appointments, or incorrect address information, additional fees (including re-delivery or return freight charges) may apply.
Damaged Shipments & Inspection Policy (Important) Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to packaging or product:
- Take clear photos of the packaging, pallet/crate, and damage.
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing (freight deliveries).
- If damage is severe, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Report all damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@FutureForwardVisionary.com with your order number, photos/video evidence, and a description of the issue. Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may limit or prevent carrier claims and may affect the remedies available.
Wrong Item / Missing Parts If you receive the wrong item or missing parts, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the supplier/manufacturer to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our control. If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist in locating and updating status where possible.
Missed Delivery Appointments
- If the recipient misses the scheduled delivery window, the carrier will charge a re-delivery fee. We will pass this fee to the customer or, at our option, bill it to the original payment method after notification.
- A new delivery window must be scheduled within 3 business days of the failed attempt. If no new window is scheduled within that window, the shipment may be returned to the sender as undeliverable, and standard return/freight charges (including any return freight) may apply.
- Re-delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility and are in addition to any original freight charges. Fees vary by carrier and destination but typically range from $100 to $300 or more, depending on location and accessibility.
- Re-delivery attempts may be limited to a maximum of two additional attempts. After two missed attempts or failed re-delivery attempts, the order may be canceled and returned to sender, with applicable restocking and return freight fees applied.
- It remains the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details (address, gate codes, access instructions). If the address provided is incorrect or access is blocked, resulting charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We will provide clear pre-delivery communication (at least 24–48 hours in advance) with the scheduled date/time window and a contact number for the driver.
