Price Match Guarantee

Policy statement Future-Forward Visionary (Cloud Power Tech LLC) offers a price match guarantee on qualifying products when a customer finds an identical, in-stock item offered by an authorized retailer within the United States at a lower price, subject to the terms and exclusions below. This policy is designed to complement our Manufacturer’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy and to ensure competitive, fair pricing for customers while preserving channel integrity.

What’s eligible

  • Only products that are identical in model/sku, configuration, and included accessories.
  • Items sold by authorized U.S. retailers in the lower 48 states.
  • In-stock items (not backordered or special-order items).
  • Prices must be publicly advertised and verifiable (no private quotes or auction site listings).

What MAP means (brief)

  • Manufacturer MAP pricing is the minimum price manufacturers allow retailers to advertise. Our MAP policy mirrors those guidelines. We will honor MAP when verifying an offer, and any price lower than MAP advertised by an unauthorized seller or via hidden pricing is not eligible for a match.

Conditions for a match

  • The lower price must be for the identical product (same SKU, color, size, configuration) and must include any mandatory parts/options.
  • The competing offer must be a current, public price at the time of comparison and available to the general public for immediate purchase.
  • The lower price must be for a new, in-stock item; clearance, refurbished, or used items are not eligible.
  • The match will apply to the product price only; taxes, shipping, or other fees may be excluded or handled separately per our policy.

How to request a price match

  • Step 1: Find the identical item at a qualifying retailer.
  • Step 2: Contact us with the exact URL of the product page, the advertised price, and a timestamp showing the offer. Include the product SKU and any pertinent details (color, bundle options, etc.).
  • Step 3: Our team will review the request within 1–2 business days and respond with either approval (price match) or a clear rationale for denial.

What we will match

  • The exact product at the exact price, including standard shipping for comparable service levels. If the competitor’s price includes free shipping, we will generally consider the total delivered price for parity. If our standard shipping is different, we will communicate how the delivered price is calculated.

Exclusions

  • Prices from auction sites, classifieds, or third-party gray-market sellers.
  • Bundle or accessory promotions unless the core product is identical.
  • Limited-time flash sales or coupon codes that require a minimum order value not available to the general public.
  • Items not eligible due to stock status (backorder), international shipping, or geographic restrictions.
  • Non-standard configurations, special order items, or items from non-authorized dealers.

Quality and policy integrity

  • We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy and current availability of the competing offer. All MAP terms must be in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. If a product is not sold under an authorized program, we may decline to match.
  • We may update this policy to reflect changes in MAP, shipping arrangements, or supplier terms. Updates will be published on our site.

Operational notes

  • Do not price-match to private quotes or non-public offers.
  • If a price match is approved, we will process the order at the matched price, subject to the terms above.
  • This policy does not guarantee inventory or delivery dates.
