This Limited Manufacturer Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Frozin / Fuller Capital Ventures LLC ("Frozin") to the original purchaser of Frozin products.

Warranty Coverage
Frozin warrants that its cold plunge tubs, chillers, pumps, filtration systems, and related components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Frozin in writing. -
Covered Components
The following components are covered under this Warranty:
Chiller Unit
Compressor
Water Pump
Electronic Controls
Filtration System
Factory-installed plumbing and fittings Manufacturing defects in the tub structure
Coverage is limited to defects resulting from normal use and proper maintenance. -
What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Improper installation
Improper maintenance
Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents
Damage caused by freezing temperatures
Damage caused by failure to winterize the unit
Damage caused by improper water chemistry
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless otherwise approved by Frozin in writing
Acts of God, including floods, storms, lightning, or other natural disasters
Damage resulting from operation outside manufacturer specifications -
Winterization Requirement
Customers are responsible for properly winterizing their Frozin unit during freezing weather conditions.
Failure to winterize the unit or leaving the unit exposed to freezing temperatures may cause damage to pumps, plumbing, chillers, and other components. Damage resulting from freezing conditions is not covered under this Warranty.
If freezing temperatures are expected, the unit should be properly drained and winterized or moved indoors to a climate-controlled environment. -
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:
Proof of purchase
Serial number (if applicable) Photos and/or videos of the issue A description of the problem

Most claims receive an initial response within 1-2 business days. -
Frozin's Responsibilities
If Frozin determines that a covered defect exists, Frozin may, at its sole discretion:
Provide replacement parts
Repair the defective component Replace the defective component Replace the entire unit
The chosen remedy shall be determined solely by Frozin. -
Shipping and Service
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Frozin will determine the most appropriate resolution method. Shipping responsibilities, replacement parts, repairs, and replacement units will be handled at Frozin's discretion based on the nature of the claim.
Frozin does not provide temporary replacement or loaner units during warranty repairs. -
Limitation of Liability
Frozin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of business, personal injury, property damage, or any other damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Frozin's maximum liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. -
Disclaimer
Except for the express warranty stated herein, Frozin makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. -
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
