Returns & Refunds Policy

Because many of the products we sell are large, heavy, special-order, and shipped via freight, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, changes in preference, or issues related to fit/space planning.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received

A return, replacement, or refund will be considered only if the item is defective, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (or within the carrier’s delivery window if different).
Provide clear photos/video of:
- The product damage/defect
- The packaging (including pallet/crate/box)
- The shipping label
Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
If the item is delivered by freight, you must inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If there is severe visible damage, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Resolution Options

If the issue is confirmed as eligible, we will work with the manufacturer/supplier to provide one of the following, depending on the product and situation:

Replacement parts (most common for freight items)
Product replacement
Refund (only when replacement/repair is not possible)

Non-Returnable Situations (Examples)

We cannot accept returns/refunds for:

Change of mind or accidental orders
Ordering the wrong size/model/finish
Failure to measure doorways/space/electrical requirements
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation
Items that have been assembled, installed, or used (unless defective)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is in fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
