dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Warranty Coverage<br \/>Frozin warrants that its cold plunge tubs, chillers, pumps, filtration systems, and related components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.<br \/>This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Frozin in writing.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Covered Components<br \/>The following components are covered under this Warranty:<br \/>Chiller Unit<br \/>Compressor<br \/>Water Pump<br \/>Electronic Controls<br \/>Filtration System<br \/>Factory-installed plumbing and fittings Manufacturing defects in the tub structure<br \/>Coverage is limited to defects resulting from normal use and proper maintenance.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">What Is Not Covered<br \/>This Warranty does not cover:<br \/>Normal wear and tear<br \/>Cosmetic damage<br \/>Improper installation<br \/>Improper maintenance<br \/>Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents<br \/>Damage caused by freezing temperatures<br \/>Damage caused by failure to winterize the unit<br \/>Damage caused by improper water chemistry<br \/>Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs<br \/>Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless otherwise approved by Frozin in writing<br \/>Acts of God, including floods, storms, lightning, or other natural disasters<br \/>Damage resulting from operation outside manufacturer specifications<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Winterization Requirement<br \/>Customers are responsible for properly winterizing their Frozin unit during freezing weather conditions.<br \/>Failure to winterize the unit or leaving the unit exposed to freezing temperatures may cause damage to pumps, plumbing, chillers, and other components. Damage resulting from freezing conditions is not covered under this Warranty.<br \/>If freezing temperatures are expected, the unit should be properly drained and winterized or moved indoors to a climate-controlled environment.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Warranty Claims<br \/>To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:<br \/>Proof of purchase<br \/>Serial number (if applicable) Photos and\/or videos of the issue A description of the problem<br \/>Claims should be submitted to:<br \/>Frozin Support<br \/>Email:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:fullercapitalventures@gmail.com\">fullercapitalventures@gmail.com<br \/><\/a>Most claims receive an initial response within 1-2 business days.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Frozin&#8217;s Responsibilities<br \/>If Frozin determines that a covered defect exists, Frozin may, at its sole discretion:<br \/>Provide replacement parts<br \/>Repair the defective component Replace the defective component Replace the entire unit<br \/>The chosen remedy shall be determined solely by Frozin.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"><p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Shipping and Service<br \/>Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<br \/>If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Frozin will determine the most appropriate resolution method.
