This policy is designed to complement our Manufacturer\u2019s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy and to ensure competitive, fair pricing for customers while preserving channel integrity.<\/p>

      What\u2019s eligible<\/p>

      • Only products that are identical in model\/sku, configuration, and included accessories.<\/li>
      • Items sold by authorized U.S. retailers in the lower 48 states.<\/li>
      • In-stock items (not backordered or special-order items).<\/li>
      • Prices must be publicly advertised and verifiable (no private quotes or auction site listings).<\/li><\/ul>

        What MAP means (brief)<\/p>

        • Manufacturer MAP pricing is the minimum price manufacturers allow retailers to advertise. Our MAP policy mirrors those guidelines. We will honor MAP when verifying an offer, and any price lower than MAP advertised by an unauthorized seller or via hidden pricing is not eligible for a match.<\/li><\/ul>

          Conditions for a match<\/p>

          • The lower price must be for the identical product (same SKU, color, size, configuration) and must include any mandatory parts\/options.<\/li>
          • The competing offer must be a current, public price at the time of comparison and available to the general public for immediate purchase.<\/li>
          • The lower price must be for a new, in-stock item; clearance, refurbished, or used items are not eligible.<\/li>
          • The match will apply to the product price only; taxes, shipping, or other fees may be excluded or handled separately per our policy.<\/li><\/ul>

            How to request a price match<\/p>

            • Step 1: Find the identical item at a qualifying retailer.<\/li>
            • Step 2: Contact us with the exact URL of the product page, the advertised price, and a timestamp showing the offer. Include the product SKU and any pertinent details (color, bundle options, etc.).<\/li>
            • Step 3: Our team will review the request within 1\u20132 business days and respond with either approval (price match) or a clear rationale for denial.<\/li><\/ul>

              What we will match<\/p>

              • The exact product at the exact price, including standard shipping for comparable service levels. If the competitor\u2019s price includes free shipping, we will generally consider the total delivered price for parity. If our standard shipping is different, we will communicate how the delivered price is calculated.<\/li><\/ul>

                Exclusions<\/p>

                • Prices from auction sites, classifieds, or third-party gray-market sellers.<\/li>
                • Bundle or accessory promotions unless the core product is identical.<\/li>
                • Limited-time flash sales or coupon codes that require a minimum order value not available to the general public.<\/li>
