Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other factors outside our control.<\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"font-semibold\">6) Freight Delivery Inspection Requirement<\/span>\u00a0For freight deliveries, you must inspect the shipment upon arrival. If the packaging shows damage:<\/p><ol class=\"list-inside list-decimal whitespace-normal [li_&amp;]:pl-6\"><li class=\"py-1 [&amp;&gt;p]:inline\">Note the damage on the delivery receipt\u00a0<span class=\"font-semibold\">before signing<\/span>,<\/li><li class=\"py-1 [&amp;&gt;p]:inline\">Take clear photos of the packaging and product, and<\/li><li class=\"py-1 [&amp;&gt;p]:inline\">Contact us promptly.<\/li><\/ol><p>Failure to document visible damage at delivery may limit or prevent carrier claims and may affect available remedies.<\/p><p><span class=\"font-semibold\">7) Returns and Refunds Policy (All Sales Final Except Defects\/Damage)<\/span>\u00a0Due to the nature and size of many items we sell,\u00a0<span class=\"font-semibold\">all sales are final<\/span>. We do\u00a0<span class=\"font-semibold\">not<\/span>\u00a0accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as buyer\u2019s remorse, ordering the wrong item, changes in preference, or fit\/space planning issues. Remedies may include replacement parts, repair, replacement, or refund depending on the product, supplier, and situation.<\/p><p><span class=\"font-semibold\">8) Cancellations<\/span>\u00a0Orders may be canceled only\u00a0<span class=\"font-semibold\">before<\/span>\u00a0they have been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.<\/p><p><span class=\"font-semibold\">9) Warranties and Manufacturer Support<\/span>\u00a0Many products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer\u2019s warranty policies. We may assist with initiating warranty claims when appropriate, but warranty determinations (including repair vs replacement) are controlled by the manufacturer\/supplier.
